Abu Dhabi Grand Prix VIP hospitality
Our Abu Dhabi GP VIP packages put you above the action at Yas Marina Circuit. The W Hotel suite sits on the 4th floor of the hotel that spans the track, with views over more than half the circuit, including corners 17 and 18, the harbour straight and the approach to the start/finish line. Indoor and outdoor screens cover the rest of the lap.
Hospitality runs through the day, starting with a Grand Prix buffet lunch followed by afternoon snacks, with premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from the open bar. Dedicated welcome desks are on hand throughout the race schedule.
Once the chequered flag falls, VIP passes give you access to the post-race concert at Etihad Live, so the season finale carries on into the night.
Abu Dhabi Grand Prix yacht hospitality
Our Super Yacht Hospitality packages put you on the water in Yas Marina, moored trackside as the cars race past the harbour. On board, you'll enjoy gourmet dining and free-flowing premium drinks, with a live DJ keeping the atmosphere going as the action moves from daylight into the evening under floodlights. Choose Saturday for qualifying, Sunday for the race, or book the full weekend.
Travel and accommodation
Yas Island is the most convenient base for race weekend. The island has ten hotels, including the W Hotel, which straddles the circuit, and Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island. Hotels fill quickly over Grand Prix week, so it's worth booking your room as soon as your package is confirmed.
Zayed International Airport is around 15 minutes' drive from Yas Island, and central Abu Dhabi about 30 minutes. From Dubai, allow at least an hour and a quarter each way, and longer on race days when traffic builds.
Shuttle services connect Yas Island hotels with the circuit across the weekend, and taxis and ride-sharing apps run from Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Our team can help coordinate your transfers and advise on where to stay.
