This 4th Floor Suite at the W Hotel in Yas Marina, the Abu Dhabi race track hotel that spans the circuit, is one of the best race viewing locations.
Take in the excitement of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix from an exclusive suite at the iconic W Hotel.
Your experience overview:
From the suite, you look down on the hotel section of the lap, where cars take Turns 12 and 13 (numbered 17 and 18 before the 2021 redesign) and pass beneath the building itself. You'll also see the harbour straight, where the track runs alongside the yachts moored in the marina, and the approach to the start/finish line, so you'll see every run to the line, including the final lap. The W is the only Yas Marina hotel built over the circuit, which is what makes the view possible. Indoor and outdoor screens cover everything else, from the long back straight to the pit stops.
The W Abu Dhabi, Yas Island opened in 2009 as the Yas Hotel, unveiled for the first Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. It later became the Yas Viceroy, and Marriott took over in 2018 before relaunching it under the W brand.
Designed by New York practice Asymptote Architecture, the hotel has two towers linked by a steel and glass bridge that crosses both the marina and the track, so the cars race directly beneath it. Both towers sit under the grid shell, a 217-metre curved canopy fitted with thousands of colour-changing LED panels. As the race moves from daylight into the evening, the grid shell lights up over the circuit. Inside, there are around 500 rooms and suites, many with views over the track or the marina.
Staying at the W puts you right over the action for the whole race weekend. Track-view rooms look directly onto the circuit, so you can watch Friday practice from your room before moving to the suite for qualifying and the race. These rooms are the most requested in the hotel during race week, so they book up early.
Our team can pair a track-view room with the W Hotel VIP Viewing Suite, which makes it one of the most convenient Abu Dhabi Grand Prix hotel packages available, with your room and the suite in the same building.
From the 4th-floor suite, you can see more than half of the circuit. That includes the hotel section at Turns 12 and 13 (Turns 17 and 18 on the pre-2021 layout), the harbour straight along the marina and the approach to the start/finish line. Indoor and outdoor screens show the parts of the lap you can't see directly, such as the long back straight.
No, you do not need to buy a separate race ticket. Your package includes VIP passes for Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th December, which give you entry to the circuit and the suite on both days. Post-race concert access is included too, so you won't need to buy an F1 ticket on top. Our team can talk you through access before you travel.
Join the waitlist using the form on this page, and we'll contact you if places become available. Places can come back when bookings change, so it's worth registering early. In the meantime, our team can tell you about our other Abu Dhabi Grand Prix packages, including Super Yacht Hospitality from £1,950pp.
